 With ARMEC's years of experience, a customer can be confident that their project will be done the right way, on time, the first time.  

 ARMEC develops and executes manufacturing processes that support fabrication of high precision components & assemblies for nuclear, R&D, energy, and defense industries. 

ARMEC's Quality Control Department is staffed with qualified inspectors that perform dimensional inspections in accordance with ASME Y14.5. Utilizing Zeiss Prismo CMMs with up to 1 µm measurement uncertainty, our inspectors can certify parts with even the most rigorous requirements.

ARMEC's Engineering Department is staffed with degreed engineers with expertise in developing manufacturing processes for machined components that require a high level of  precision. Our engineers also support prototype development and design for manufacturing (DFM) efforts, reverse engineering projects, and provide computer aided design (CAD) services.

From weld inspection & testing to mass spectrometer leak testing, ARMEC employs  qualified staff with many years of NDT experience.  ARMEC's NDT personnel qualifications are granted and maintained in accordance with ANST SNT-TC-1A.

 Vapor Honing is a process used to clean and restore surfaces by using water, abrasive materials, and compressed air. This process can be beneficial for acquiring a uniform surface finish while still being gentle on the product.  

 ARMEC’s welding program draws on 30+ years experience in brazing, GTAW, GMAW, & SMAW for Aluminum, Stainless, Titanium, Copper, & Mild Steel. ARMEC also has industry partners to support exotic materials & electron beam welding.
