  ARMEC utilizes Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machines along with Calypso software to certify hardware to even the most demanding specifications.  Whether ARMEC has produced your parts or you need someone to perform dimensional inspections on a contract basis, you can rest assured that any and all requirements will be checked in accordance with all applicable standards.  All ARMEC personnel are trained and tested on the proper use and interpretation of ASME Y14.5 using a computer based training program.  In accordance with ISO 9001:2008, NQA-1:2008,9 and QC-1, Rev. 10, all inspections are performed utilizing work instructions that document all aspects of the job from how to develop a quality control plan to how to manage the files and data gathered during the inspections.
